 Please come out and join CARE-TO-CURE at our Woodstocks fundraiser and 20% of the proceeds will be donated toward the fight against childhood cancer. Do not forget to a bring a flier and remember that every pizza counts!

April 1^st and April 2^nd : Relay For Life Bake Sale

CARE-TO-CURE will be having a bake sale to raise money for Relay for Life! Come out and purchase some yummy desserts while helping us find an end to cancer.

When: April 1^st at 11:00-2:00PM

Where: Memorial Union

When: April 2^nd  at 11:00AM-2:00PM.

Where: Silo

Proceeds from the fundraiser will be donated to the American Cancer Society. The funds are used support those afflicted by cancer, funding advanced research, early detection and prevention education, awareness and advocacy efforts, and patient services.

April 4^th – 5th: Relay for Life

Relay for Life is brought to various communities by the American Cancer Society. People in these communities join different teams and camp out on the University of California Davis campus. Each team has a representative walking on the track at all times. Relay for life is a 24 hour event to show that the fight against cancer never ends.

The 2009 Relay for Life event begins at 10:00AM on April 4th

May 17^th 2009: CARE-TO-CURE’s and Colleges Against Cancer’s Benefit concert

CARE-TO-CURE is partnering up with Colleges Against Cancer to put on a benefit concert that will benefit St. Judes Children’s Research Center and the American Cancer Society.

There will be many performances by the top performance groups at the University of California Davis. As well as a lunch that will be sponsored by one of the most popular restaurants in Davis. Come out and join us as we inform, dance, sing, and eat to raise funds and awareness about cancer.
