CARE-TO-CURE is taking part in the Up Till’ Dawn Project on the University of California Davis campus. Up Till’ Dawn is a philanthropic project that raises funds for the children at the St. Judes Children’s Research Hospital. St. Judes is unlike any other pediatric medical facility, because with research and medicine under one roof St. Judes has been able to completely change how our world treats children afflicted with cancer. In addition, St. Judes accepts patients, from all over the world, without any regard to the family’s ability to make medical payments.
The Up Till’ Project, run and led by students from colleges and universities all over the nation, raises funds for St. Judes Children’s Research Hospital. The project unites students, staff, and communities from college and university campuses to put an end to childhood cancer. Students raise funds and awareness to put an end to childhood cancer.
To finish the program off, students literately stay Up Till’ Dawn to remember the patients at St. Judes. They celebrate all of their hard work and find out how much their campus raised toward the fight again childhood cancer. They participate in Up Till Dawn so that they can contribute to putting an end toward childhood cancer once and for all, in hope that all children can one day attend college.
